Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Abby is a London-based voice and accent coach
with over five years of experience supporting performers and creatives alike, in developing vocal
clarity, presence, and confidence.
She holds an MFA in Voice Studies from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama and a BA in Theatre Acting from the University of Kentucky,
blending vocal coaching skills with a strong acting foundation.
She has worked coaching actors for TV/Film and theatre projects in many types of accents, specialising in North American accents most commonly, General American, New York, US Southern, and has also coached other various global and UK regional accents, including but not limited to Standard British (RP), Yorkshire, Scottish and Southern Irish.
Some of the companies she has worked with include Uncommon Creative Studio, Amazon,Titmouse Inc. and Young Vic Theatre. Her teaching experience around London includes roles at Arts Educational Schools, Trinity Laban Music Theatre, Rose Bruford College and Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts. Alongside her coaching work, Abby is an active voiceover artist, bringing clarity, versatility, and strong storytelling skills to commercial, corporate, and audiobook projects. She exhibits a warm, clear and focused tone and loves being able to create with voice.
