PROOF OF CONCEPT
The privately financed short film version of The Long Spring was recently featured in The Hollywood Reporter (screen grab below) and has already received BIFA qualifying festival selections from the first 2 months of it's festival run.

At it's heart The Long Spring TV series investigates life in the UK for those trafficked, and the choices they have to make in order to survive. We also see a window into the world of one man who is on the inside of the trafficking ring as a driver, who makes a choice to save one the trafficked refugees. The series is as much about highlighting the plight of "work" trafficked humans (something not seen in drama as readily as sex trafficking) as showing the redemption arc of the character on the inside.
The Long Spring and writer / director Olly Ginelli were also featured in The Hollywood Reporter
